What IndraTrace is

IndraTrace is an observability platform with one organising idea: the incident. Alerts, traces, logs, sessions, security findings and AI calls are not five products on five meters - they are evidence, and evidence belongs attached to an incident with an owner.

It covers both halves of a modern stack. APM - application performance monitoring: traces, latency, error rates, logs and sessions for the services you run. AIPM - AI performance and usage monitoring: every model call and agent run in the same trace tree as the request that started it, with tokens and cost per call, per model, per product and per environment.

It is OpenTelemetry-native. Python is one line; every other language sends through its standard OpenTelemetry exporter with the same key. Log files, and soon Kubernetes and cloud metrics, come through the OpenTelemetry Collector.

How we build it

One incident, one meter, one key. No per-host, per-seat or per-tag charges. A platform fee, then ingest and retention by the gigabyte, on a rate card served by the same code that produces the invoice.
Honest about what is live. Everything on our site is marked live or coming, and every claim points at a roadmap card. What is coming is a plan, not a promise.
Private by default. Prompt and completion text is never captured unless you turn it on. Secrets are scrubbed from our own audit trail. Every organisation's data is isolated at the query level, and that isolation has been reviewed end to end.
Open where it counts. The SDK is Apache-2.0 on GitHub and PyPI. The wire format is OpenTelemetry, so your telemetry is never locked to us.

The company

IndraTrace is built and operated by Indrasol LLC, a software company based in Frisco, Texas, United States. Indrasol builds security and cloud software for teams that run production systems, and IndraTrace grew out of the same question those teams kept asking: when something breaks, who owns it, and where is the evidence?
